Infectious, an independent agency started in April 2013 by Ramanuj Shastry and Nisha Singhania, has recently appointed Vimesh Shah as vice-president (VP). He will be responsible for managing all existing businesses.
Commenting on Shah's appointment, Singhania, co-founder, Infectious & Firki, says, "At Infectious we are very particular about the kind of talent we bring on board - it is critical for them to fit into our culture. A commerce graduate from Mumbai University, Shah has over 19 years of experience in brand building. Prior to joining Infectious, Shah served as co-founder and COO of ByeByeCity.com - an online e-commerce platform.
He has also worked with leading advertising agencies such as McCann Erickson as business director, Mudra as AVP, Rediffusion Y&R as brand partner, Saatchi & Saatchi as associate account director, Vyas Giannetti Creative as account manager, and finally as partner at Dattaram in his last advertising stint.
