Lowe's Kan Khajura Tesan campaign for HUL won a Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix; Ramesh Deo Productions, along with Taproot Dentsu, won a Film Craft Grand Prix for the I Am Mumbai ad for Mumbai Mirror. Gold winners at Spikes Asia 2015 include BBDO, McCann, and Chris Chros Films along with O&M
Lowe Lintas and Partners' Kan Khajura Tesan mobile innovation for Hindustan Unilever has won the Grand Prix in the Creative Effectiveness category at Spikes Asia 2015.; Hungama Digital Services is also listed as an entrant agency. Earlier this year, the campaign won a Creative Effectiveness Lion at the International Festival of Creativity at Cannes
The second Grand Prix for India was pulled in by Ramesh Deo Productions' I Am Mumbai film for Bennett, Coleman & Co's Mumbai Mirror, in the Film Craft category; Taproot Dentsu is the creative agency on this campaign. The film also won a Silver Film Craft Spike and a couple of Bronze Film Craft Spikes. Among the Gold winners are BBDO, McCann and Chris Chros Films.
BBDO has won a Gold Direct Spike and a couple of Gold Promo & Activation Spikes for its Share The Load campaign for P&G's Ariel Matic (Red Ice Films is the production company on this campaign).
Chris Chros Films' Gold is a Film Craft Spike for its public service campaign titled 'A Street Dog's Life' for World For All, a Mumbai-based animal welfare NGO; Ogilvy & Mather is also listed as an entrant agency. And McCann's Golds are for Essel Group's Dish TV (Outdoor and Print) and Dabur Gastrina (Outdoor). The Dish TV campaign comprises three creatives, namely, Basement, Puddle and Sofa. The Dabur campaign comprises three creatives, namely, French Horn, Fugelhorn and Saxophone.
Chris Chros' film also won a Silver Film Craft Spike. McCann's Dish TV campaign also won a Silver Outdoor Spike. Among McCann's other wins are a Silver Film Craft Spike for its Stand Up (comedian) film for Nescafe (produced by Early Man Films) and a Bronze Healthcare Spike for Dabur Gastrina (French Horn ad).
Taproot Dentsu won a Silver Film Craft Spike for its Hated By Some film for Mumbai Mirror and a Silver Print & Poster Craft Spike for its Pimp, Railway Contractor and Pervert ads for the same brand.
Besides the ones mentioned above, BBDO's wins include the following: A couple of Silver PR Spikes, a couple of Silver Promo & Activation Spikes and a Silver Healthcare Spike for its Touch the pickle campaign for P&G's Whisper; a Silver Film Craft Spike for its Matrubhasha campaign for Star Sports; a couple of Bronze PR Spikes and a Bronze Integrated Spike for its share the load campaign for P&G's Ariel.
Contract Advertising won a Silver Print Spike for its campaign for ATSS Security Solutions (CCTV Bank, CCTV Parking Lot and CCTV Office creatives). The agency also won a Bronze Print & Poster Craft Spike for the Bank creative and a Bronze Film Spike for its campaign for its work on Tata Docomo (Falooda and Snowball ads; Early Man Films is the production house).
DDB Mudra Group won a couple of Silver Promo & Activation Spikes for its The misunderstood scoreboard for Zee News.
Other Bronze winners include: DDB Mudra (Branded Content & Entertainment - Nutralite- Pray To Lose and Film - Volkswagen - Vodka produced by Crazy Few Films), Grey (Print - DHL ; produced by Yolk Studio), Publicis (Outdoor - Kansai Nerolac - Swan and Shri Tyres Services - Pothole) and Cheil (couple of PR awards - Chhanv Foundation - Donate A Face).
Special Mention: Innovation Grand Prix and Outdoor Grand Prix for Grey Group Singapore's India-centric Life Saving Dot campaign for Talwar Bindi.
