McCann's Share My Dabba campaign and O&M's Cleft To Smile campaign have fetched the agencies their respective shortlists.
Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has begun today at the The Palais des Festival, Cannes, France.
The work of two Indian ad agencies has been shortlisted in the Direct Lions category this time - McCann Worldgroup India and O&M India.
McCann has received two shortlists for the same campaign - Share My Dabba campaign for Happy Life Welfare & Dabbawala Foundation. One is in the Ambient Media (small scale) sub-category and the other is in the Charities sub-category.
For O&M, it was the Cleft To Smile campaign for Operation Smile India's Cleft Awareness that did the trick. The sub-category is Best Low Budget Campaign.
