Ahmed El Sheikh to replace Shivakumar.
D Shivkumar, chairman and CEO, PepsiCo India has resigned after serving for nearly four years and will join Aditya Birla Group as the head of strategy and business development.
Acoording to a company statement received by afaqs!, Ahmed El Sheikh, senior vice president and general manager for PepsiCo Egypt and Jordan, will replace Shivakumar.

Ahmed will assume his role on November 1 while Shivkumar will be leaving PepsiCo on December 31.
"Shiv has been with PepsiCo for the past four years and has been instrumental in leading the transformation journey for the company. Notably he has been a key driver for portfolio transformation and helped develop our nutrition business, launching winning innovations with our Quaker and Tropicana brands. Under his leadership, we also deepened consumer engagement with our flagship brands. Ahmed comes with a huge experience in high-profile PepsiCo markets, and has held leadership roles in both - foods and beverages businesses.
In his last role, Ahmed led the Egypt business successfully, through a very tough macro-economic and geo-political challenges.
