Geometry Global India has roped in Aaradhee Mehta as vice-president, shopper marketing, in the newly merged Geometry Global Encompass Network. She will report to group COO Rahul Saigal.
Mehta comes on board with over nine years of shopper marketing experience, having worked with clients such as Colgate, Mondelez, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, ITC Foods and Persona Care, HP, Diageo, Diesel, Steve Madden and Brooks Brothers. She has been instrumental in setting up two shopper marketing practices in India, namely, OmniSpace Retail and Saatchi & Saatchi X, besides establishing customer experience as a key discipline at Reliance Brands.
Prior to specialising in shopper marketing, Mehta began her career in advertising where she has worked at Lowe, JWT and Bates.
Commenting on her appointment, Mehta says, "I'm excited to lead the shopper marketing practice for the country's largest experiential marketing agency. I look forward to work with clients such as Mondeez and Hindustan Unilever, and help grow our shopper practice in India."
Significantly, Mehta's appointment comes just weeks after the Geometry Global and Encompass Network launch was announced.
