The Walt Disney Company has recently elevated Balachandran Ratnavel as Business Head. Previously, he worked as the deputy business head - STAR Vijay at The Walt Disney Company. He joined the media group in May 2004.

Prior to that, he worked with Mindshare, Lowe Roche and Singer India.
