In a recent development, technology giant IBM has appointed Deepali Naair as its chief marketing officer for India and South East Asia operations. Naair would be replacing Vasantha Kumar, who was associated with IBM for almost nine years.

Prior to this, Naair was associated with IIFL Wealth Management as chief marketing and digital officer. She will now be responsible for driving the marketing agenda for IBM’s India and South East Asia business.
Naair carries over 20 years of experience in marketing, E-commerce, brand, product and sales. Naair was earlier appointed at leadership positions in Mahindra, L&T Financial Services Group and HSBC.
She has also worked with brands such as Tata Motors, BPL Mobile, Saffola, and Marico in the past.
