October is the biggest month for advertising with festivals like Diwali, Durga Puja and even Halloween. This year Apple launched its new iPhones, OPPO came up with its PUB-G centric mobile gaming phone, and Samsung created a new camera for YouTubers and vloggers. On the other hand, Honda created the most-viewed ad for October with a viewership of more than 47 million.

Here are the advertisements that generated the most viewership for the month for October 2018:

Conceptualised by Dentsu One, the corporate campaign - "Teri Har Udaan, Hamari Shaan" - aims to demonstrate how Honda has given wings of freedom to millions of Indians in the last 18 years and have touched their lives in different ways.

With the brand's ability to 'touch,' 'empathise' and 'engage' with its customers through its wide range of products, Honda surely knows how to stand ahead of their peers. This is why this ad is the most viewed advertisement on YouTube for the month of October.

2. OPPO F9 Pro - Uninterrupted PUBGM gaming experience with VOOC Flash Charge

With 10 million daily active users (DAUs) globally playing PUB-G, it is arguably the most viral and addictive game of 2018. With its popularity soaring through the roof, OPPO started analysing the needs and obstacles Indian gamers face while playing PUB-G to provide them with an uninterrupted gaming experience.

The OPPO F9 Pro is a one of its kind phone with VOOC Flash Charge that charges your phone enough for some very relevant use in just 5 minutes. Is it any wonder then that this advertisement got the second highest rate of engagement on YouTube...

3. iPhone XS - Growth Spurt - Apple

In this minute-long spot, everything that's photographed with the new iPhone XS Max grows to an enormous size. Clearly, there is an emphasis on the larger screen (6.5-inch) iPhone XS and it shows that it has better photography capabilities than its predecessor. This is a part of their massive international campaign to launch iPhone XS to the world.

4. Samsung Galaxy A7 with #TripleCamera, for Ultra Wide Shots

Samsung aims at being more approachable in this ad while showing off its Triple Camera equipped smartphone designed for Ultra Wide Shots. It is the perfect advertisement for what is in store for hardcore Samsung fan. This is the perfect camera for YouTubers and everyone who aspires to be a filmmaker. With more than 23 million views, this ad stands at the fourth position.

5. Dove | What beauty means to young girls?

Let's break the rules of beauty! Dove uses this new tagline to push us into making a better world for generations to come so that they see way beyond the stereotypical beauty that is prevalent. It urges us to put up better precedents for the younger generation and create a world free of beauty stereotypes for the next generation. With more than 22 million views, the 'What beauty means to young girls' ad is in the fifth position.

6. Presenting - The New Ford Aspire

Launched in October, the updated Aspire sedan features new styling alongside tons of new features. The advertisement prominently shows how the new Ford Aspire is different from the others as well as the improvements in the updated model. With more than 19.4 million views so far, this ad stands on the sixth spot of the top YouTube advertisements of October in India.

7. Samsung Upgrade: Mobile exchange deals with additional bonus offer up to INR 6000*

Under the company's exchange program - Samsung Upgrade - as shown in the advertisement, loyal Samsung users will be eligible to land an additional Rs 6,000 bonus over the regular exchange price, when they download the My Galaxy app and upgrade to the Galaxy S9/S9 Plus.

This advertisement caused a stir in the comments section as everyone was keen to know how the whole promotion works. With more than 18 million views so far, the ad stands on the seventh spot of the top YouTube advertisements of October.

8. Myntra: Big Fashion Days - Prices Revealed

With incoming festivals like Diwali and Dussehra, Myntra tried to grab fans' attention by providing huge discounts for four days. The ad perfectly showcases vital elements of their fashion sale including their various offers. Because of the major sales, the ad got enough viewership to put it squarely on the eighth spot of the most viewed YouTube ads of October.

9. Van Heusen Move Labs presents MOVE

With thoughtful design and an impressive aesthetic quotient, Van Heusen unveiled its latest innovative range for the contemporary man's apparel, crafted from ultra-stretchable fabric. The advertisement shows Chase Armitage, an international Parkour artist, performing gravity-defying stunts in clothes crafted from Van Heusen's Move Labs collection. The action-packed ad sits on the ninth spot of the most watched YouTube ads of October.

10. LG OLED TV AI ThinQ: Now Brilliance of Black Meets Artificial Intelligence

Very few smart TV's can perfectly show true shades of black. LG' OLED TV AI ThinQ is one of the first major technologies to embrace this new revolutionary technology by showcasing what it looks like to miss out quintessential properties of black from the frame of a picture. With more than 15 million views so far, this ad stands on the tenth spot of the top YouTube advertisements of October in India.
