Sony TV recently launched an OOH activity for its upcoming TV show 'Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman' which will be aired from May 4. The show is centred on the story of Lord Hanuman, who is known by several names such as Bajrangbali and Pawanputra, and has a prominent place in the Hindu mythology.
To gather eyeballs for the show, Candid Marketing, an outdoor/BTL agency, is hosting a nine-city road show, targeted at the masses, between April 24 and May 3.
The road show began in Ludhiana and will be travelling across Lucknow, Allahabad, Nagpur, Varanasi, Indore, Bhopal, Pune and Jaipur.
The activation saw a larger-than-life image of Hanuman flying in the air with the help of drone technology. The activity surprised audiences who immediately took out their phones to click pictures and record videos.
The activation was carried out at crowded places with a flash mob chanting the Hanuman Chalisa.
Some people even lit incense sticks in front of the canter and sought blessings of Lord Hanuman.
