The automobile company has launched an OOH campaign on the heels of the launch of Audi Q3's new variant in India.
Kinetic India has executed an OOH campaign for Audi India's newly launched SUV variant, Q3 Dynamic. Titled 'Dynamic Quattro' the ongoing campaign was launched on October 10.
The agency used large format media to create an impact by means of billboards, unipoles and gantries. The media strategy was to create a large visual of what one can do with Audi's Quattro all-wheel drive technology. Instead of the standard print and TV medium, the company leveraged outdoors to inform consumers about the new launch during Diwali.
The campaign focusses on informing consumers about the real-world benefits of Quattro. "It takes a lot of conviction to believe in doing something simple and focused - as opposed to being present in various media just to tick the check boxes. The teams at Kinetic and Mediacom have young guns in their fields with such a strong conviction that it really goes a long way in allowing us to constantly question the norm and set new trends," says Deepak Joseph, senior manager, Retail Marketing, Audi India.
"The entire campaign was aimed at creating impact and staying up to the 'Dynamic Quattro' - New Q3 brand imagery. Large media formats helped create impact and we carefully selected key media placements in the city which ensured a never-to-be-missed visibility for the brand," notes Amit Sarkar, CEO, Kinetic India.
The Q3 Dynamic comes with a drive-select adaptive suspension system that allows the driver to choose between three driving modes - Comfort, Dynamic and Auto. The suspension system of the Q3 Dynamic has also been tweaked to make it more suitable for Indian roads. Audi distinguishes the new Q3 Dynamic with new 17 inch 5 spoke 'Trias' design alloy wheels, a full chrome front grille and clear lens LED tail lamps. It is priced at Rs 38.4 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai), while prices for the Q3 compact luxury SUV range start from Rs 25.5 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
