As part of the new mandate, Malhotra will be in charge of experiential business, and retail cluster of Mudra Max, and will also head the out of home solutions division.
Mandeep Malhotra has been promoted as president and head, Mudra Max - OOH, experiential business, and retail. In his new role, Malhotra will be in charge of Mudra Max's experiential businesses, which comprise Kidstuff, Celsius, Terra, and Concrea, and retail cluster that includes PrimeRetail, PrimeConsult, PrimeWayfinding, Multiplier, and Pratham. Malhotra will report to Pratap Bose, COO, Mudra Group.
Prior to his promotion, Malhotra was president, Mudra Max - OOH.
"Malhotra is with Mudra Max for more than three years now, and his never-say-die spirit has been an asset for us, which has contributed towards the growth and profitability of the Mudra Max out of home business," says Bose.
Commenting on his new responsibility, Malhotra says, "I look forward to consolidate more clients and provide them with integrated brand and business solutions. I am sure that like 2011, 2012, too, will be a rocking year with more innovations, and will take experiential business, retail cluster, and OOH to new heights."
Having more than 12 years of experience in outdoor media, Malhotra holds a Master's degree in Business Advertising from Melbourne. He joined Primesite, an out of home solutions unit of Mudra Max in December 2008. He has earlier worked with ClearChannel India, Rediffusion-DY&R, 141 Wall Street (the OOH arm of Bates 141), Asian Age, Pioneer, and Total Media Melbourne. He has experience in managing brands such as Tata Indicom, Airtel, Reebok, Discovery, CNN-IBN, and Nokia as well.
