Times OOH has grabbed the rights for advertising on Delhi Metro Rail Corporation's (DMRC) Central Secretariat-Badarpur line. The tender has been awarded for a period of five years. The total ad space on the line is about 3383 sq. m.
The DMRC line is important as it the line connecting Gurgaon to Central Delhi.
Other agencies in the fray were Big Street and OM 360° Advertising.
The stretch, which has 16 stations (four underground and 12 elevated), covers premium stations of South Delhi, such as Central Secretariat, Khan Market, Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium, Lajpat Nagar, Mool Chand, Nehru Place, East of Kailash, Mohan Estate, Jasola and Badarpur.
The total ad space at the 12 elevated stations is 2,400 sq. m, where each station has about 200 sq. m of dedicated ad space. With 113 panels to advertise, the ad space at the four underground stations (Central Secretariat, Khan Market, JLN Station and Jangpura) is 983.34 sq. m, with platform and concourse as the locations for advertising.
For the record, Times OOH has the rights for the two biggest airports in India-Delhi (T3 and T1).
