The first-of-its-kind convention for online publishers will take off from the conversations that took place last year, where speakers representing nearly all the major Indian web publishers took centre stage. The conference and exhibition, which will be followed by an award ceremony, is a perfect place to meet people from the industry and discuss all major issues related to online publishing.

The Digipub World conference will see widespread participation in terms of both speakers and delegates. The stage, on both of these days, will be decorated by a total of 40-plus industry experts in standalone sessions, panel discussions and face-to-face interviews.

The points of discussion on day one of the event include online trendspotting, news channels vs print publishers, case study on the great transformation at Times Internet, the change in role of mobile apps, global ambitions of Bloomberg Media, do websites use data well to sell?, conversation on staying true online to the roots of The Indian Express, how much personalisation do consumers want and a presentation on above the fold: security in the age of APIs, Botnets, and IoTs.
