GEC Watch: India vs Pakistan Asia Cup T20 match most viewed in Week 9

Star Plus and Colors remain at No.1 and No.2 slots, respectively.

In Week 9 of BARC's viewership data, Star Plus, Colors and Zee have retained the No.1, No.2 and No.3 slots respectively, despite a dip in Impressions.

Star Plus' viewership figures were at 677342 Impressions, down from 768495 impressions last week. Colors had a gross viewership of 667036 compared to last week's 725868, while Zee TV, at No.3, garnered a gross viewership of 626362 Impressions versus 645473 Impressions in Week 8.

FTA Zee Anmol which again comes in at the No.4 position also took a dip in ratings with a gross viewership of 594218 Impressions, down from 625553 last week.

DD National climbed to the No. 5 slot with a gross viewership of 509504 on the back of ratings for the Asia Cup T20 Tournament. The No.6 and No.7 slots have also been taken up by FTA channels in Week 9 - namely Sony Pal and Star Utsav. Sony Pal is at No.6 with 500119 Impressions (last week: 477372), while Star Utsav is at No.7 with a viewership of 486353 Impressions (last week: 492907).

Life OK comes in at No.8 with 435372 Impressions, down from last week's 437776, while FTA channel Rishtey is at No.9 with 410192 Impressions (last week: 372527). SAB TV comes in at the 10th position, with gross viewership of 384177, a rise from last week's 363158.

DD National's Micromax Asia Cup T20 2016 Live - Match 4 - India vs Pakistan raked in maximum viewership in Week 9 with 24804 Impressions. This brought reigning show, Colors' Naagin, down to No.2 with an average viewership of 19564 (last week: 20229).

DD National's Micromax Asia Cup T20 2016 Live - Match 7 - India vs Sri Lanka stood at No. 3 with 19501 Impressions, while Match 9 - India vs UAE was at No.4 with a gross viewership of 14985 Impressions. Star Plus' Saath Nibhaana Saathiya was No.5 with an average viewership of 12148 (last week: 13871).
