Times Network has announced the appointment of Ashit Kukian as president, Revenue. This is his second stint with the network, after a period of 10 years. A statement says that in his new role, he will interact closely with the content, distribution, marketing and other enabling functions to ensure that business objectives are met. The ad sales and branded content teams of Times Network will directly report to him, while he will report to M K Anand, managing director and CEO, Times Network.

Kukian has had a 13-year stint across various roles with BCCL (Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited) in the past. The statement adds that he was a key figure in the team that launched Zoom Television in 2004, and post that, went on to serve Radio City 91.1 FM as president and chief operating officer for 10 years.
