Motivator, a media agency from the GroupM stable, has appointed Maulshree Joshi as national creative director. She will report to Rabe Iyer, MD, Motivator and work closely with business teams and senior client leads. For the record, Joshi has been with GroupM since November 2007 as creative head (content), GroupM.

She has also scripted India's first virtual reality show on DD - Alpenliebe Magar Ke Nagar. She has further been awarded the PepsiCo Star for radio campaigns by Pepsi.
