Disney India's youth-centric channel Bindass has launched three new shows on weekends in the 7 pm band. The first one, 'Sun Yaar Try Maar', which airs on Fridays at 7 p.m, premiered on October 25. Made by the production house Lotus Talkies, it is an extension of the channel's flagship 'Yeh Hai Aashiqui' property that presents dramatisations of real-life love stories. This edition will explore stories that capture the journey to 'Happily Ever After.' The brands it has on board are L'Oreal and Glam-Up.

Another show 'Tu Con Main Con' have characters Dhruv and Tara believe in 'the Robinhood ideology to do all the wrong things for the right reasons.' The channel calls it the 'coolest con show on Indian Television'. The show, made by production house Sunshine, will air from November 7 onwards, at 7 pm, every Saturday.

The third show 'Kota Toppers', the channel's first-ever sitcom, will portray the journey of seven 'quirky IIT Aspirants' and their interpersonal relationships. Produced by Bodhi Tree, the show will be spread over 13 weeks, and will air run every Friday, at 7 pm.

Vijay Subramaniam, vice-president and head of content and communication, Media networks, Disney India, says, "With the aim to evolve together with our audiences, we are infusing more energy in our content, and exploring themes that are fun, zesty and free-spirited, while we continue to be relevant and relatable through aspirational characters and stories."

The team adds that Bindass as a brand is at an interesting stage at the moment, and after having received some good feedback and key insights from their young audiences, wants to engage them through constant dialogue and conversation.
