The channel will air six telefilms, every Sunday, starting October 18.
Zindagi, Zee Entertainment Enterprises' 'premium' Hindi entertainment channel, is kick-starting the festive season with 'Teletime'. Starting October 18, this property will showcase six telefilms every Sunday, till November 22, at noon, with a repeat at 9 pm.
All the films have been sourced from Pakistan. The first telefilm is 'Saaya', a family drama featuring a wife trying to separate her husband from his father. The next film, to be aired on October 25, will mark the return of veteran actress Samina Peerzada on the small screen with 'Zindagi Ab Bhi Muskurati Hai', which is about a man who hates his nation because of his past, but develops a fondness for it due to some incidents.
November 1 will 'Behadd' airing for the second time on Zindagi. It is a story of a mother who is willing to let go of the love of her life for her daughter. This one stars popular actor Fawad Khan. On November 8 will be aired 'Khamosh Mohabbat' which, the channel informs, is based on the insight that 'we never value those who value us, until we lose them'.
The last two Sundays of 'Teletime' will have 'Yeh Chand Na Sharma Jaye' airing on November 15 - a story about a man fearing his brother-in-law at home and his boss in the office and the hilarious turns this fear takes - and 'Ishq Wala Love' on November 22, which revolves around a rich guy who falls in love with a poor girl.
