Starting May 10, the channel will air 'Super Sundays' - a segment featuring many shows and dishes one can try this summer.
Zee Khana Khazana, the food entertainment channel from ZEEL, has announced the launch of 'Super Sundays', a Sunday programming line-up that will keep the audiences glued this summer.
Starting May 10, every Sunday, from 2 pm to 5 pm, Zee Khana Khazana will showcase the "best" in culinary adventure for all age groups, keeping the entire family entertained and inspired. For the first time, the channel will also showcase Bollywood movies that present the perfect Sunday 'tadka'.
The first week of Super Sundays will present food recipes inspired by mangoes, with shows like 'Health Bhi Taste Bhi', 'Bacha Party', 'Food Ka Mood' and 'Breakfast Xpress'. Adding to the bouquet of the line-up, the second week will screen two movies - 'Lunchbox' and 'English Vinglish'. In both these movies, housewives rediscover their love for food.
The third week will take a relook at the best episodes of 'The Great Indian Rasoi', celebrating the best of Indian kitchens. The fourth week will help mothers and kids try their hands on new food ideas with 'Eat Manual' and 'Bacha Party'.
Amit Nair, business head, Zee Khana Khazana, says, "'Super Sundays' is a three-hour fiesta especially curated keeping the summer weekend viewing pattern in mind. With rising temperatures, most Indian families prefer to stay indoors. And we want to ensure that they also remain constantly entertained during this time. Hence, with temperature soaring high every day, foodies will get a chance to cool off. Every weekend there will be a discovery of a new kitchen, new flavours and new stories. Through this special programming line-up of Zee Khana Khazana, we will present shows curated to all age groups."
