SureWaves, a media convergence company, has appointed Swapnil Limje as the vice president - business planning and strategy.
In his new role, he will drive identification and evaluation of new business opportunities for the company, as well as devise sales strategy to tap the full revenue potential of the SureWaves Spot TV Network commensurate with its viewership performance.

Limje did his management education from IIM, Ahmedabad, after obtaining an engineering degree from IIT, Mumbai, and has over 14 years of experience and capabilities in the areas of strategy, business development, sales and sales strategy and processes.
During the course of his career, Limje has been associated with the radio industry since the inception of private FM radio and was involved in the setting up of key radio stations, sales and business development. He also played an important role in handling station operations for Radio Mirchi. In the recent past, he was responsible for handling the overall strategy for Zee Media Corporation.
