Free Press Group names Rudolf Fernando as All India President

Fernando has over two decades of experience and will report to Abhishek Karnani, director, Free Press Group.

Rudolf Fernando, has been appointed as All India President of Free Press Group of Newspapers. He would report to Abhishek Karnani, director Free Press Group.

Fernanado will be in charge of entire business development, marketing, promotions, of all editions of Free Press Journal viz Mumbai, Indore, Bhopal and Ujjain and Navshakti Marathi Edition from Mumbai.

He has over two decades of experience in the media industry. He had started his career with "Free Press Journal" in Mumbai almost two decades back.

Prior to his appointment in Free Press Journal, he was national head of Global Advertisers and was also ex-president of 'Nava Bharat Media Solutions. He has also worked for Dainik Bhaskar and SAB TV.

Commenting on the appointment, Abhishek Karnani, says, "Rudolf will leverage our publication across all four regions and he will also be assisting the team leaders in pitching more of new campaigns. He would be using his link and talent not only to benefit our organisation, but also every client and agency with his massive experiences with various thoughtful ideas. His expertise and experience will bring out more of innovations, BTL, fresh approach and better execution at a larger scale."

The Free Press Journal is one of the oldest English Daily newspapers from Mumbai with a heritage of over 80 years.
