Multi Screen Media's Nitesh Kripalani has put in his papers after a stint of almost five years.
In his most recent role, Nitesh Kripalani was executive vice-president, new media, business development and digital/syndication at the Sony Entertainment Network. He conceptualised and launched Sony's video-on-demand brand - Sony LIV across multiple platforms.
Kripalani joined MSM in 2009 as vice-president: planning and analysis. After 11 months in the role, he was appointed vice-president - business development and digital/syndication. In April 2011, Kripalani was elevated to SVP - new media, business development and digital/syndication. In this role, he was a part of the team that is credited for the launch of Sony's first Sports Entertainment Channel - SIX.
In April 2013, he was further promoted to the role of EVP, new media, business development and digital/syndication. Kripalani has around 13 years of experience. Prior to joining MSM, he had also worked with Thomas Cook, British Telecom, A. T. Kearney, OfficeTiger and Ajuba Solutions. He holds an MBA degree in Strategy and General Management from INSEAD.
