Iyer joins ZEEL as business head, new initiatives, Hindi broadcast.

Rajesh Iyer, erstwhile marketing head of Colors, has joined Zee Entertainment Enterprises today.
Iyer has joined ZEEL as business head, new initiatives, Hindi broadcast. He will be responsible for the overall functioning of the new initiative - Hindi broadcast - and will report to Bharat Ranga, chief content and creative officer, ZEEL.

Iyer was one of the people who were associated with Colors since its inception in 2008. He had joined the Viacom18 channel in 2008 and has been one of the people behind the success of many popular shows of the channel including Khatron Ke Khiladi, India's Got Talent, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and Bigg Boss.
He brings with him more than 13 years of experience in the marketing and business segment.
Before joining Colors, he worked with STAR India on Star Plus, interactive services and content & communication for STAR Movies and STAR World.
He has also worked with Ambience Publicis and Ogilvy & Mather.
