Niti Kumar, national director, insights and new business, will replace Vinish Joshi, GM, who is moving on.
Niti Kumar, national director, insights and new business, will head MediaCom's Delhi office. Kumar will take over from Vinish Joshi as general manager, MediaCom Delhi. Meanwhile, Joshi, who was with MediaCom for the past six years, has put in his papers.
Kumar joined MediaCom Delhi in 2011 and won various businesses for the agency including its latest, Mars, in January this year. Kumar completed post graduation in media planning from MICA, Ahmedabad, and has more than 13 years of experience. Some of the brands that she has serviced include HBO, Dabur, Amway, Gillette, Reckitt Benckiser, Electrolux, Yatra.com and ICI Paints.
Debraj Tripathy, managing director, MediaCom India, says, "Niti has shown perseverance and maturity in the way she has been able to manage both the new business and the consumer insights processes."

The Delhi branch of the agency handles brands such as Mars Wrigley, Makemytrip.com, Shell, Revlon, Apollo Munich and Visit Britain.
