The mandate is to handle the duties for Marathi, Bangla, Kannada, Gujarati and Oriya channels.
Close on the heels of winning the media mandate for Amrutanjan Care (specialised centre for pain management) and the recently launched Fruitnik (the company's foray into the beverages business through an acquisition), Aegis Media's Vizeum India has bagged the media duties for Prism TV.
The agency will be responsible for handling five ETV regional channels, namely ETV Marathi, Bangla, Kannada, Gujarati and Oriya.
The appointment is in sync with ETV Network's plans to gear up for a refreshed strategy and move into the next phase of growth.
Confirming the appointment of Vizeum, an official spokesperson from Prism TV conveys in a press statement, "We are delighted to partner with Vizeum in our attempt to redefine the next phase for ETV channels. Building a brand around the network can present a lot of interesting challenges and we look forward to work with team Vizeum in getting people hooked to our regional channels."
Addressing the win, S Yesudas, managing director, Indian subcontinent, Vizeum, says, "All I would say with pride is, our dream of attracting clients and talent to Vizeum automatically in our 4th year of operation, rather than us having to go out, is becoming a reality. I take this opportunity to welcome the ETV Network into the Vizeum family. We are thankful to the client management for considering us worthy."
Vizeum currently operates in 55 countries. The agency believes in a philosophy of in-depth understanding of the co-existence of lives, brands and media in the actual world.
