Time Out India, a city guide and fortnightly listing magazine by Paprika Media, has announced the promotion of Nydia Dias as chief marketing officer. Earlier, Dias was country head, marketing, Time Out India.
In her new role, Dias will spearhead the marketing and branding for the magazine across the country, along with the marketing and branding of the two new titles that Paprika Media proposes to launch this year. She will also head the events and activations division, as well as the loyalty cards business of the company.
She has been working with Time Out India for about five years and during her tenure with the group, she has played an important role in the diversification of Paprika Media into events and digital marketing.
Earlier, Dias has worked with Sony Music Entertainment as manager, international marketing, where she was responsible for managing the events and marketing activities across stores in India. At Sony, she also handled international artist releases in the country, among other things. She has also worked with Sony Entertainment Television (Sony Pix) as senior manager, marketing.
