While Estate World will be launched on September 28, Small Medium Entrepreneur will be introduced at the Small Business show, in October.
Franchise India, an integrated franchise solution company and the publishers of The Franchising World, The Retailer and The Brand Licensing magazines, will launch two more magazines this year -- Estate World and Small Medium Entrepreneur (SME).
Estate World, which is slated to be launched on September 28, will provide trends, updates and information for brokers, developers, builders, real-estate companies, investors, suppliers, dealers, contractors and others. SME will be launched at the Small Business Show, scheduled to be held in October, and will talk about how to start a company, and grow it. While the inaugural issue of SME will have 120 pages in all, Estate World will have around 100 pages in that issue.
Both magazines will bear a cover price of Rs 75 each, and each will have an initial print run of one lakh copies, the company claims. The edit content ratio for SME will be 80:20, while Estate World will have a ratio of 70:30.
As for the circulation of the two magazines, SME will reach out to 360 towns, and Estate World to 107 towns, across the country.
The group plans to promote both titles through a 360 degree media plan that would include a healthy mix of above the line activities, below the line activities, direct, and digital marketing activities.
Both titles are being printed at Thomson Press and the group has tied up with Living Media India (the India Today Group), for its distribution.
Talking about the reason behind launching the magazines, a company official says, "It's a logical extension for our existing business as we have a community of 1.70 lakh SME readers. The new magazines will address their needs and queries. Moreover, we are the pioneer of small business and transactional media, and have been working in this industry for more than 13 years. The magazines are a platform for us to start spreading the collated knowledge base we have gathered over the years from influential SMEs and realtors."
