The ex-publisher of Mid-Day, Delhi will join Paprika Media by the end of March.

Rajnish Rawat, ex-publisher of Mid-Day newspaper, Delhi edition, will join Paprika Media as its COO and publisher. According to those close to the development, he will assume the new responsibility by the end of March.
Rawat bid adieu to Mid-Day Multimedia towards the end of 2010. He will be based in Mumbai for his new assignment, and will report to the board of directors of Paprika Media.
He replaces Neelam Kapoor, vice-president and publisher, whose association with the company will get over soon. Rawat could not be reached for a confirmation.
Paprika Media is a publishing house, under the aegis of the Essar Group, a business conglomerate with an enterprise value of approximately Rs 67,000 crore.
Paprika Media was founded and launched by Smiti Ruia in 2004. It has recently tied up with the UK-based publishing company Time Out, to publish Indian editions of the magazine.
The company publishes three editions of the magazine - Time Out Mumbai, Time Out Delhi, and Time Out, Bengaluru. The group has also launched Time Out Kids Guide, a guide for parents.
