All channels, barring the top three, have recorded growth in Week 26
From 443 GRPs in Week 25, STAR Plus has dropped to 411 GRPs in Week 26 (C&S, 4+, HSM), according to TAM Media Research's latest data. STAR Plus commands a share of 30 per cent. At No. 2, Colors has garnered 253 GRPs in the latest week, and commands a share of 18 per cent of the Hindi general entertainment channels' pie.
Zee is at No. 3 with a relative share of 15 per cent. Losing about 20 GRPs, the channel has recorded 211 GRPs in Week 26. Zee is followed by Sony, whose relative share has increased from 9 per cent in Week 25 to 11 per cent in the latest week. The channel has garnered 148 GRPs, adding 23 GRPs from last week.
Both SAB and Imagine TV are at No. 5, garnering 7 per cent share each. Their GRPs are 97 and 91, respectively. DD1 follows with a 5 per cent share. STAR One has a 3 per cent share; followed by STAR Utsav and Sahara One, which have 2 per cent each.
Coming to the most watched programmes on Hindi GECs, five of STAR Plus' shows are on the list in Week 26, three of which are at the top. Bidaai is the most watched programme with a TVR of 7.2. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai follows with a TVR of 7. Pratigya is at No 3, garnering a TVR of 5.8.
Pavitra Rishta on Zee is at No. 4, recording a TVR of 4.7. It is followed by Uttaran on Colors and Tere Liye on STAR Plus, both of which have a TVR of 4.2.
