Colors is just 3 GRPs ahead of STAR Plus

Once again, Colors and STAR Plus are at par, garnering shares of 24 per cent each as per TAM data for Week 11 (C&S, 4+, HSM). The GRPs garnered by the two are 338 and 335 respectively. Both their shares have grown by 3 percentage points over Week 10.

Balika Vadhu is the most watched programme in the week and has spiralled to the top due to a big twist in the tale involving the death of the protagonist Anandi. The episode was heavily promoted on the channel over the previous week.

Zee's share has declined in the latest week. From 301 GRPs in Week 10, the channel's share has declined to 242 in Week 11. Its relative share has declined by 3 percentage points and stands at 17 per cent. Sony has managed to up its channel share to 11 per cent and is back at the No. 4 position.

Imagine's viewership has fallen considerably compared to the last few weeks, with the end of reality show Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega. From a share of 12 per cent in Week 10, it has now managed to garner merely 8 per cent share, losing 63 GRPs.

SAB and STAR One have maintained their shares of 6 and 3 per cent respectively. DD1 and Sahara One have garnered 2 per cent share each, followed by STAR Utsav, which has garnered 1 per cent share.

The most watched programme, Balika Vadhu, recorded a high TVR of 7.7, followed by Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which has fetched a TVR of 7.5. Bidayi comes a close third with a TVR of 7.3. Uttaran and Pavitra Rishta are the fourth and fifth most watched programmes on Hindi GECs, garnering TVRs of 6 and 5.8 respectively.

The other shows that feature in the Top 10 list are - Na Aana Is Des Laado, Pratigya, Jhansi Ki Rani, Bairi Piya and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo.
