He will work closely with Neena Dasgupta and Karan Gupta, while continuing his current responsibility at TAM India.
Zirca, a global digital solutions company has announced the joining of TAM India CEO, LV Krishnan, as an independent board of director. He will continue his current responsibility with TAM India.
Krishnan will work closely with Zirca's board members; Neena Dasgupta, CEO; Karan Gupta, managing director and the team to ensure its digital products' growth and diversification plans in India.
"It is a matter of utmost pride for us to have LV Krishnan join Zirca as an independent director. In the past few years, we have become a rapidly growing organisation and are continually evaluating opportunities to bring in fresh thinking and new perspectives. We have long admired Krishnan's ability to disrupt the Indian media ecosystem with his passion and his vision. As Zirca's board member, Krishnan's leadership and strategic perspective will not only empower every individual to achieve more, but also will help chart the future of our company," shares Ashok Kumar Gupta, chairman, Zirca Digital Solutions.
"In the age of IoT, VR and AI, the importance of CI (consumer intelligence) is a need of the hour. Zirca has stood for break through innovations in products delivered on the digital platform. TAM has always underlined the importance of intelligence from audience behaviour and AIS data sets as a core delivery in a fast changing media landscape. My decision of joining Zirca came from the sheer inspiration of amalgamating the knowledge of years of video content consumption, dissection and data powered from TAM with cutting edge technology and tools of Zirca. This will create a revolutionary process for dissemination of well-targeted messages in digital platforms to deliver superior experience, ROI to advertisers and content creators," adds Krishnan in a media statement.
