Kulzy.com is now part of Microsoft Accelerator's 'Ecosystem Report on Enterprise Ready Startups 2016'.
Kulzy, an online professional networking platform for the advertising, media and marketing community, has been selected by Microsoft Accelerator, a global initiative that is aimed at empowering entrepreneurs, as one of the ten companies in its 'Ecosystem Report on Enterprise Ready Startups 2016', that was published in November 2016.
Given that India is the third largest 'Startup Ecosystem' there is, Microsoft, in 2015, decided to take stock of the progress in the start-up space - that's how 'The Enterprise Readiness of Indian Startup Ecosystem Report' was born.
For this, Microsoft identified the top 151 enterprise-ready startups across sectors including banking, data sciences, edtech, healthcare, IT/ITES, IoT, manufacturing, media, retail & supply chain and security.
As per the methodology, the identification criteria included customer traction, funding and size. For this study, Microsoft has focused on companies that served large and small enterprises through deep and complex technological solutions.
Media companies that have found a spot in the Microsoft Accelerator Indian Media Startup list (top ten) include Inmobi (score - 100), Amagi (score - 50.6), RevX (score - 45.7), Touchfone (score - 42.9), Kulzy (score - 42.4), AdWyze (score - 42.4), AdPushup (score - 41.7), Wigzo (score - 41.7), Ad sparx (score - 41.7) and AppVirality (score - 41.7)
For the record, Kulzy, an associate company of afaqs!, is a technology platform where marketers discover and select brand communication partners. In April 2015, Kulzy was funded by Seedfund and Bedrock Ventures. Other strategic investors include industry bigwigs Abhinav Deo, Ambi Parameswaran, Bobby Pawar, Rahul Kansal and Sonal Dabral.
In March 2017, Kulzy is planning to launch operations in Singapore/Hong Kong. Also on the cards is the inclusion of television content on Kulzy.
