WATConsult wins digital and social media mandate for five new accounts

The agency's Delhi office will work on IICE Vodka, Lybrate, Centre for Digital Financial Inclusion (CDFI), Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, and Boston Scientific Corporation of India (BSCI).

WATConsult, a digital and social media agency, which is now a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, has expanded its Delhi operations. The agency has added five new accounts to its portfolio, namely, IICE Vodka, Lybrate, Centre for Digital Financial Inclusion (CDFI), Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, and Boston Scientific Corporation of India (BSCI).

In addition to this, the agency has expanded and strengthened its pan-India team to more than 250 people and moved to a larger office in Saket, Delhi.

The agency's Delhi office will work on the new accounts. IICE Vodka, which is a part of Jagatjit Industries, has launched the two new flavours of Green Apple and Kinky Chilli, besides the plain vodka. WATConsult will handle the social and digital mandate of the brands including their online community Pouritout.com.

The agency will work on social media presence for Lybrate, which claims to be India's first and largest online doctor consultation app with more than 1,00,000 doctors on the platform, and will also handle the digital and social media duties for BSCI.

The other two mandates are those of Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals and CDFI. The agency will handle the digital and social media mandate for them, both of which were won through multi-agency pitches.

Commenting on the new account wins, Rajiv Dingra, founder and chief executive officer (CEO), WATConsult, says, "After expanding our Mumbai office, we are now focussing on expanding and building our Delhi operations, which will accommodate a team of over 100 people. We are glad the brands believed in us and gave us the opportunity to work with them."

WATConsult, now a part of Dentsu Aegis Network, is headquartered in Mumbai, with branch offices in Delhi and Bengaluru.
