He will be based in Gurgaon, India.
The UK-based e-commerce venture Koovs.com, has appointed Gaurav Nabh as its new marketing director. He will be based in India and operate from Koovs' headquarters in Gurgaon. In his new role, he will be the head of the marketing division. Nabh will take care of the comapny's brand communications and content, digital marketing, and consumer engagement programmes. He will also head the current on-going marketing strategy of the brand.
In the very first two months of his appointment, Nabh made an impact by spearheading Koovs' first large-scale marketing campaign 'Step into Koovs'. This resulted in an eight-fold increase in brand awareness and a 40 per cent increase in traffic. Nabh, over the next few months, will mainly work on building a disruptive and engaging brand.

Prior to this, Nabh has been the CEO of Quasar, WPP's digital agency in India. He has over 14 years of experience in digital and mobile marketing (with over eight years' experience in the latter) as a brand marketer and agency partner, and has been part of the team responsible for launching Virgin Mobile and Telenor in India. He has also contributed towards the digital launches of international brands such as Proctor and Gamble, Nestlé, Colgate, and Domino's Pizza.
