Co-founder of Google Chromecast, Ambarish Kenghe joins Myntra

Myntra, an Indian m-commerce platform that caters to fashion and lifestyle product categories, has appointed Ambarish Kenghe, as senior vice president and head of product at Myntra. Kenghe will be based out of the company's Bengaluru headquarters and will take charge of his new role by the end of this month. He will report to Myntra's CEO, Mukesh Bansal.

Scaling up the company's product road map and leveraging the mobile smartphone revolution in India will be his main focus areas. Kenghe's industry experience in product development and management spans over 15 years. It is pertinent to note that he co-founded and led product management for Google Chromecast.

With more than 15 years of experience in product development and management, Kenghe co-founded and led product management for Google Chromecast. He has also been a key member of the Google TV team that helped build the first android compatible TV. Prior to Google, he was a management consultant at Bain & Co and also technical leader at Cisco where he worked on Catalyst 6000, a highly appreciated product.
