Rajnigandha, a mouth-freshener brand, which is also sponsoring the Jaipur Literature Festival, 2015, is running a special campaign on the theme 'Great things happen, when Greats come together'.

The brand has announced a contest titled 'Rajnigandha Six-word Story Contest' as a prelude to the Festival. The contest invites writers (young and old) to bring out their creative best in just six words, which will be worth a thousand.

The contest has been organised to encourage budding talent. Writers are invited to participate in the contest through Rajnigandha Pan Masala Facebook page and on twitter via #RajnigandhaSixWordsStory or by posting the same on www.rajnigandha.com/SixWordsStory or emailing it to rajnigandha@dsgroup.com. Every day, three winning stories will be announced. The prizes will be given out during the Festival that is on from January 21-25.

The 'Six-Word Story' must be an original piece in English or Hindi or mix of Hindi-English and the format can be in form of a prose or poetry. The participant should be an Indian citizen, at least 18 years old with a valid ID proof. The last date for sending in the entries is 24th January 2015, by 1.00pm.

Speaking on the occasion, CK Sharma, business head, Mouth Freshener, DS Group says. "Our partnership with Jaipur Literature festival, gives us an opportunity to engage with leaders and philosophers, who have been successful and have made a difference in their field. They evoke admiration, which is in sync with what the brand Rajnigandha stands for."

Six-word stories have a long rich history. Nobel Prize-winner Ernest Hemingway wrote the first six-word story ever recorded in 1920. It is often said that 'Brevity is the soul of wit' and Six-word stories are a perfect example of this famous proverb.

DS Group introduced Rajnigandha Pan Masala in 1983. The product has a robust distribution network, which is complimented by efficient agents, dealers and retailers across the country. The product is available in 1.7g, 4g, 12g, 18g, 60g, 100g and 1000g pack sizes.
