Following a multi-agency pitch, Adani Enterprises has awarded its digital duties to Quasar Media. This is for the company's strategy across social media, search engine optimization, media planning and buying and online reputation management.

The account will be handled by Quasar's Mumbai office. Commenting on this new win, Gaurav Nabh, head, Quasar says, "We are excited about working with Adani, one of the leading infrastructure companies in India. They have some extremely ambitious plans on the table and we welcome the challenge to partner with them on their journey."

The Adani Group has revenues of about $9.4 billion. It is a globally integrated infrastructure player with businesses spanning coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multi-modal logistics, power generation and transmission and gas distribution. The holding company of the group is Adani Enterprises. The group has expanded its operations to Indonesia and Australia. Quasar is managed by GroupM in India. Its accounts include the digital media duties for clients such as Uninor, Dolby, Twinings, J K Helene Curtis, P&G, Nestlé, Siemens and LIC.
