Recently, US-based video producer Marina Shifrin quit her job in a hilarious "interpretative dance" video set to a Kanye West song. The video had gone viral online and garnered over ten million views over time (http://www.afaqs.com/news/story/38851_Viral-Now:-Dancing-her-way-to-quit-the-job). Following this, Marina's former boss and her company have posted a reply of a similar kind.

The team at Next Media Animation, a Taiwanese company, decided to do a satire of Marina's dance moves. The company is famous for making animated reconstructions of real-life events and it responded to Marina's 'I quit' video with one of its own workers dancing a message of their own. The company now appears to be trying to capitalise on the success of Shifrin's video.

Just like the disgruntled worker's clip, her former colleague's dance has also gone viral and received 30,35,607 views till the time of filing the report. The video was published on YouTube on October 1 2013, but instead of being angry at her accusations, the employees instead wish her good luck.

Pitching potential candidates with the perks of the job, it lists the apparent opportunities to satisfy the boss' need for revenge among the selling points. The company also boasts it has a rooftop swimming pool in the video and employees can pretend to shoot their boss and he'll play dead. At the end, the video reminds everyone that the company is now hiring following Shifrin's departure.

Besides the video, Marina's ex-boss Mark Simon also submitted an email to the Gawker website, in which he wrote: "Look, I actually like Marina a great deal. Marina herself has said we are a great company to work for, and I do not think she intended to hurt anyone, but it has happened... There is an image now of a sweat shop, we are not. Marina made USD$42k per year. She had a 40 hr work week, 5 days a week...I don't think she meant for it to be seen as so harsh, but we are getting some nasty attacks on our managers, who she says she respects."
