Mahindra & Mahindra has launched its customer care website, www.WithYouHamesha.com. The company claims this to be the first of its kind digital platform within the automotive industry in India. The website features exclusive and personalised services for the owners of Mahindra vehicles.
The website features the 'My Mahindra' section, which provides users a chance to view their vehicle service history. Besides, customers also have the option to rate the service advisors who attend their vehicles at the workshop. Further, there is a service cost estimator which provides the estimated cost for parts and labour for the scheduled services.
On the convenience front, customers can set and receive personalised reminders about their upcoming service/PUC/insurance/license renewal or view vehicle service history details, besides offering a wide range of information on service network, vehicle care, maintenance and value added services.
