In a bid to strengthen its client portfolio and accelerate growth, digital marketing agency Webchutney has made some changes in its leadership team in its Delhi and Mumbai offices.
Rahul Nanda, COO, has taken up a new role as partner and president, mobile initiatives. Nanda, who has more than 17 years of experience in the digital domain, will lead, direct and build momentum in the fast-paced mobile and tablet space with product initiatives including interactive apps and games capabilities.
Nishi Kant, erstwhile executive creative director, has been promoted as COO, West and South, while Saket Vaidya has stepped in as COO for North. Earlier, Vaidya was vice-president, regional operations. Both Kant and Vaidya will lead the agency's operations to broaden the range of specialist services offered to various brands and marketers, and also drive and influence strategic digital marketing solutions.
Also, Tarana Mehta, vice-president, strategy and business development has been promoted as chief strategy officer. Mehta will leverage her strategic management abilities and expert client relations to bolster new market opportunities, while forging stronger ties with existing and prospective brands and clients in her new role. She will manage the multi-faceted strategy and business development teams at Webchutney.
In addition, Meghana Bhat, creative director, moves up as executive creative director. She will drive creative expertise across Webchutney, with strong focus to enhance innovative, rich and agile consumer experiences across popular technology platforms and devices.
