Renowned radio and television host Roshan Abbas has joined digital marketing and creative agency, The Glitch as investor partner. Abbas who is the founder and managing director of Encompass, a leading activation and events company, will continue to hold his designation at the company. At The Glitch, Abbas will overlook the entire life cycle of content for the web and will look after production and delivery of quality online branded content.
Commenting on his new assignment, Abbas tells afaqs!, "In Glitch, I see an extremely capable digital content agency, which is poised to make its mark in social media and content. Abbas has close to two decades of industry experience, with domain expertise in radio, TV, theatre, events and BTL.

The Glitch was founded in 2009 by Raj and Varun Duggirala, after a three year stint in television, where they worked on branding and content. It started as a content providing and youth marketing agency for new media. The agency currently boasts of a client base ranging from Hindustan Unilever, Reliance and Diesel to TV channels like Channel V, UTV and Disney. It caters to more than 30 Indian and international brands across various platforms such as the internet, television, radio and mobile. The agency recently won an award for the Best Viral Campaign of the Year at WAT Awards for its London Fakir project for Viacom18.
