The chief experience officer of Dentsu India, currently serving his notice period, is likely to exit the company in January 2012.

Krishna Prasad, the chief experience officer (digital head) of Dentsu India, has put in his papers. He is currently serving his notice period in the company, and is expected to exit Dentsu in mid-January 2012.

Though there was no official confirmation, sources close to the development confirmed the news to afaqs!.

Prasad plans to turn entrepreneur with the launch of his digital business solution company that will help ad agencies with back-end technological knowhow. As per sources, Prasad's association with Dentsu will continue. His new company will provide back-end support to Dentsu, its first client.

Prasad has more than 20 years of experience in planning, building, and managing large-scale consumer horizontal online portals, building internet and intranet business solutions, driving business and partnership deals, graphic and user experience design, strategising, and implementing consumer centric-business ideas for brands.

Prasad, who joined Dentsu in March 2010, was with MSN India until October 2009. He was associated with the company for more than seven years and was responsible for heading the content team and create content strategies and alliances to drive internet users to MSN India network websites. He was also part of the team that launched MSN Search and MSN Video in India.

He has worked with Indya.com as head of production, which was later acquired by News Corporation. Prasad has also been associated with Planetasia, Aditi Technologies and Maa Bozell.
