Navneet Suyal, former associate vice president, Cheil Worldwide India, has launched his full-service communication agency - Mascotoptimus Brand Solutions. Suyal quit Cheil last year where he was heading the brand communication division and was instrumental in developing non-Samsung business with United Breweries, Adidas, Timex, Britannia, and Coke.

Prior to Cheil, Suyal spent nine years in Omnicom agencies where he was vice president and country head of TRO India. In a career spanning over two decades, he has worked with brands across categories including automobile, FMCG, pharmaceutical, technology, electronics, and entertainment, among others. He has worked on global brands like Google, GSK, P&G, ITC, Pepsi, Disney, Sony Music, Philips, Exxon Mobil, Maruti Suzuki, HP, and Intel.
Commenting on the initiative, Suyal said, “Times have changed. Advertising is no longer passive. Consumers now opt into your marketing and want to see themselves reflected in your brand. Agencies can no longer talk at consumers; they must speak with them. As a result, client needs are changing.”
Mascotoptimus Brand Solutions is headquartered in New Delhi and has already started operations in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore. With a team of integrated marketers from the fields of brand communication, digital, social, activation, retail, and content development, the agency will offer a slew of services to clients. These services consist of advertising, brand building, digital communication, retail communication, and experiential marketing.
