Ravi Nagar joins as head – International Business, Abhishek Prasad is Head- Marketing.

Bajaj Corporation has made two new appointments in its core business team. While Ravi Nagar is appointed as head – International Business, Abhishek Prasad is appointed as Head- Marketing(India). Both will report to Sandeep Verma , president – Sales and Marketing.
Nagar shall spearhead the International Business of the organization. Senior manager of the SAARC business region along with senior manager of the MENA region and marketing and regulatory functions of international business shall report to him.

With over 15 years of FMCG experience, Nagar was associated with GCPL(Godrej Consumer Products Limited) as head - SAARC Business. He joined GCPL as a Management Trainee in 2002 and then had stints across sales, category/brand management, modern trade and international business. In his most recent role, he was heading GCPL’s businesses across SAARC Countries. This was a profit and loss role and he was responsible for managing all functions and categories spread across Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan & Myanmar. Nagar completed his PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar.
Abhishek Prasad, the new head – Marketing is based out of Mumbai and will head marketing functions of the organizations. With over 20 years of marketing and brand management experience in the FMCG industry, he was associated with Pidilite Industries as Vice President-Marketing prior to joining Bajaj Corp. In his previous assignments, he was also associated with Kraft Heinz and Reckitt Benckiser. During his stints in various organizations , he conceptualized and executed creative Marketing programs for brands such as Mortein, Nycil, Glucon-D, Complan and Fevikwik. Prasad is completed his MBA from Faculty of Management Studies , Delhi.
