He says, “Indigo Consulting promises to be an exhilarating ride. For me, 2018 will not be just about ‘more business as usual’. We will lead conversations with clients across departments to solution experiences for their customers, across the buying journey. It isn’t about single channel delivery anymore, but about a solution-based approach that impacts our clients’ businesses in a thoughtful and measurable manner. The focus is to create experiences and conversations that consumers want to engage with. With our strong in-house technology delivery capabilities and the rich multi-discipline practise expertise at hand, I am confident that our solutions and product development will deliver on the voice and needs, of our clients and their respective consumers.”

Chetan, who has a Masters degree in Computer Science, has worked for 10 years in the technology-led solutions domain across BFSI, corporate communication, eCommerce, online music streaming and a variety of other niche sectors. His last stint was with VML where he was heading of the project delivery team, prior to which he worked at companies such as Network18 and V2 Solutions. With his appointment, the company closes the loop for its customer success team, that ensures clients are set-up for success and derive value of their partnership with Indigo Consulting. All the customer success directors and managers will report to him.

He says, “In today's world, customer success goes a lot deeper than a short-sighted partnership. Digital partners are continuously pushing boundaries on innovation and customer success leading to a successful business transformation agenda. That requires a customer-focused organisation like Indigo Consulting which is investing in the resources to make that happen, and I am thrilled to be a part of this journey.”

In her new role as lead UX consultant, Alifiya will work on the firm’s UX practice, which enables customers to adopt relevant user experience principles for all digital-asset building work delivered. Her last stint was with Manulife, Canada-based financial services group; based in Hong Kong, she was responsible for consumer experience, usability and innovating new digital journeys. She has also worked in Thailand and Japan. She has 12 years of experience across companies like TATA Consultancy Services (TCS) and Mphasis, in addition to Manulife.

Alifiya says, “At Indigo, user experience is embedded within the company culture; this allows the team to participate in conversations early on, get valuable insights and witness our customers’ growth and development over time. With digital design having no boundaries today, the environment at Indigo nurtures experimentation of new ideas and design strategies, and allows its people to introduce something new into their routine work. We need to stop worrying about proving the value of design and just focus on outcomes that provide value, something I look forward to doing here.”

Rajesh Ghatge, CEO Indigo Consulting, says, “We invested time and effort last year not just in building on our strengths in the UX , design and technology domains, but also in elevating the competency sets to deliver large scale digital transformation and digital experience mandates. We have gathered tremendous momentum and are working on some industry-first projects for large clients across categories. We will continue to invest in expanding our teams and infuse them with best-in-class talent to ensure ‘customer success’.”
