Nissan has launched a new campaign #SpiritOfMotherhood. The ad film starts with a girl providing a detailed account of her day to her parent, most likely her mother, who is driving the car. To the surprise of the viewers, the parent turns out to be the father instead. The ad film which is crafted by DigitasLBi, brings home the idea of gender neutrality to Mother's Day by celebrating the spirit of motherhood in each one of us.
Micromax
Indian consumer electronics company Micromax, has come up with a new ad film titled, 'What Mom Really Wants'. The two minute plus ad film reminds viewers about the most significant feature of a smartphone-- calling your mother. Conceptualised by Lowe Lintas, the ad makes a case for neglected mothers by portraying the mundane schedule of a lonely mother who is snubbed by her 'busy' son when she makes a late night call to him. The ad film, which is a Mircomax Mother's Day tribute, urges viewers to call their mothers to make this day truly a happy one.
LG
On the occasion of its 20th anniversary, LG has come up with a new ad film that is set under the brand's thought umbrella of making dreams come true. Crafted and conceptualised by HS Ad India, the ad film follows the heart-warming journey of a single mother who makes multiple sacrifices in order to help her daughter realize her dream of becoming an astronaut. Basing Indian origin astronaut Kalapana Chawla as inspiration, the ad has subtle references of the brand's products throughout the three minute plus film.

Preganews, the pregnancy detection card, under Mankind Pharmaceuticals has launched a new campaign #YourSecondHome to strengthen its relationship with the user and ease the lives of pregnant women at work. The ad has been conceptualised and executed by ADK Fortune and the film has been produced by Absolute Productions.
Nivea
The skin care brand, in its latest communication for Mother's Day, has released a new campaign #JustLikeMaa conceptualised by DigitasLBi India and produced by Code Red Films. The film celebrates a unique relationship between a lady and a young child addressing her as didi in an orphanage and gets everyone thinking about all the mother like figures in their life.
Godrej Expert
The hair colour brand has followed the same path as Nivea - paying tribute to the women who are like our mother figures in its new campaign A Mother's Day #ForAllMoms. The ad has been conceptualised by Schbang Digital Solutions. The brand with this campaign, aims to reinvent the notion of Mother's Day as a day to be celebrated for all moms who have shown unconditional love and support in our lives.
Hyundai
The automobile brand in its latest campaign #ToughLove, depicts teenagers venting their restlessness for driving and riding automobiles. The film features the teenagers' angst towards their mothers while riding as pillion, sitting in a car, school bus, local train as they feel their mothers are too tough on them. All these reactions conclude with a smile on the Mother's face. The campaign has been conceptualised by Innocean Worldwide India and produced by Like-Minded People.
Discovery Kids
The kids channel from Discovery India, has released its new campaign #HerWorldIsYou. The ad film starts with a child's voiceover telling viewers how his mother does everything for him and in the end when he hands over a sheet of paper to his mom with something written on it, she rolls her fingers on it and reads out in happiness 'Happy Mother's Day'. That's when viewers come to know that the mother is visually impaired.

Under its Nayi Soch tagline, Star Plus has come up with its Mother's Day campaign #MadeByMom. The ad shows the importance of a mother's role in a son's life. In the ad, the mother is shown teaching her child to offer a seat in the bus to co-passengers, how to sip a glass of milk neatly and when he grows up and gets married, she even teaches him how to cook for his wife over a phone call. The ad ends with the voiceover saying, 'A boy's upbringing starts with the right thinking.'
