BBDO India's 'Share The Load' campaign won the Creative Effectiveness Grand Prix, while Grey Worldwide India clinched the Grand Prix in Radio.
BBDO India's 'Share The Load' campaign for Procter & Gamble (P&G) India's Ariel Matic, won the Grand Prix for the Creative Effectiveness category at the Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity 2016, the results for which were announced on September 23, 2016, in Singapore.
Grey Worldwide India, too, bagged the Grand Prix for Radio City 91.1 FM in the Radio category at the Spikes Asia 2016.
BBDO India won a Gold for P&G India's 'Dads #ShareTheLoad' campaign in the Digital category under the sub-category social video; the same campaign also won a Gold in the Integrated Multi-Platform campaign (online and offline) sub-category within Digital.
Leo Burnett India won a Silver for Olx's 'Reuniting Memories from 1947' in the Digital category; the other Indian agencies which won a Silver in the same category include Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai's 'Beauty Tips by Reshma' for its client Make Love Not Scars, and BBDO India's 'Dads #ShareTheLoad' campaign for P&G India under the social purpose sub-category.
Rediffusion-Y&R Mumbai, took home a Bronze for Tata Motors' 'Dipper Condoms' campaign in the Design category, while in the Digital category, the Indian agencies to have made the cut are BBDO India's 'Dads #ShareTheLoad (Integrated)' for P&G India, and Publicis India's campaign 'A Giant's Story' for Ambuja Cement.
In the Direct category, J Walter Thompson India's 'Blood Banking' campaign fetched a Silver for its client the Indian Red Cross Society; the same campaign won a Bronze in the same category. Publicis India clinched a Silver for the Ambuja Cement campaign 'A Giant's Story', in the Entertainment category. P&G India's 'Dads #ShareTheLoad' campaign by BBDO India, took home a Bronze in the Entertainment category.
'Dads #ShareTheLoad' by Publicis India continued with its winning spree with a Gold in the Film category; the other Gold winner in this category was Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai's 'Beauty Tips By Reshma' campaign for client Make Love Not Scars which won three Golds for each of its films 'How to get perfect red lips', 'How to apply eyeliner', and 'How to get rid of dark spots naturally'.
Publicis India's campaign 'A Giant's Story' for Ambuja Cements was the lone Silver winner from India in the Film category while McCann Worldgroup India's 'Magician' campaign for PNB Met Life Insurance walked away with a lone Bronze in this category.
'Dads #ShareTheLoad' campaign by BBDO India won a Bronze in the Film Craft category as well, as did Studio Eeksaurus' 'Rajasthan Tourism Logo Reveal' campaign.
Rediffusion-Y&R Mumbai's 'Dipper Condoms' campaign for Tata Motors fetched it a Silver in the Healthcare category under the education and awareness (including fund-raising and advocacy) sub category. The Indian agencies to have won a Bronze in this category include Rediffusion-Y&R Mumbai for the same campaign ('Dipper Condoms' for Tata Motors) along with J Walter Thompson India's 'Blood Banking' campaign for the Indian Red Cross Society, and Medulla Communications' 'Slums (Housing Colonies for Worms) for Worms' campaign for GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) and 'Last Words' for the Indian Association of Palliative Care (IAPC).
BBDO India's 'Dads #ShareTheLoad (Integrated)' and Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai's 'Beauty Tips By Reshma' also won a Bronze each, in the Integrated category.
'Dads #ShareTheLoad' by BBDO India for its client P&G bagged a Gold in the Media category, while it (the campaign) clinched a Bronze in the same category.
In the Outdoor classification, the Indian agencies that bagged a Silver each comprise of Taproot Dentsu's campaigns 'Olive', 'Orange', and 'Cherry' for its client AkzoNobel India, and 'Newspaper works best in outdoor' and 'Radio works best in outdoor' for the Indian Outdoor Advertising Association (IOAA), again by Taproot Dentsu).
Leo Burnett India's campaign 'The Nation's Bike' for Bajaj Automobiles (Bajaj V) earned it a Gold in the PR category; Ogilvy & Mather Mumbai's campaign 'Beauty Tips By Reshma' and Publicis India's campaign 'A Giant's Story' won a Gold each in this category. Among the Indian agencies which bagged a Silver in the PR category are BBDO India for its campaign 'Dads #ShareTheLoad (Case Study)', for P&G India, and Leo Burnett's 'Reuniting Memories from 1947' for Olx. SapientNitro Bangalore's campaign 'Troublemakers' fetched it a Bronze PR Spike.
The Indian entries within the Print & Outdoor Craft category include a Gold Spike for School of Life's campaigns (Uncle's Fist, Driver's Finger, and Neighbour's Hand) by Ogilvy & Mather, while the Bronze Spike went to J Walter Thompson India for its campaigns Fisherwoman, Mechanic, and Milkman for its client Neurology and Sleep Center.
J Walter Thompson also picked up a Silver Promo & Activation Spike for the campaign 'Blood Banking' for the Indian Red Cross Society. Meanwhile, Contract Advertising bagged a Bronze Radio Spike for its 'Nokia' campaign; other agencies which made the cut include Law & Kenneth Saatchi & Saatchi's campaign 'Senior Citizen Holiday Plans' for Thomas Cook India (entries - Man and Woman), and Grey Worldwide India's '
