DDB Mudra Group has bagged the managed marketing services duties of SAP India, a business software solutions company. The account was won following a multi-agency pitch.

As part of the win, the agency has created a bespoke infrastructure for creative and content development, digital and social media marketing, tele-marketing, audience engagement, experiential marketing, and event design, along with programme management functions of the brand with an integrated approach.

Commenting on the partnership, Rajesh Kumar, vice-president, audience, industry and digital marketing, SAP Asia-Pacific and Japan, says, "Delivering experiential marketing in today's omni-channel environment requires deep expertise as well as scale.
