Sen has over 20 years of advertising experience
Contract Advertising has appointed Arjun Sen as executive vice-president and general manager - Mumbai operations. Sen will work closely with Rana Barua, as well as with the agency's senior management. Kapil Mishra, creative head, and Sunil Shetty, planning head, will partner Sen in leading the agency's Mumbai team.
Sen, who is back in Contract after a gap of two years, has worked on brands such as, Cadbury (Celebrations, Crunch, Eclairs, HALLS, Bytes), Shoppers Stop, CNBC - Money Control, Crompton Greaves, Edelweiss, Morphy Richards, Bajaj Electricals, Mothercare, and AskMe.
Commenting on the appointment, Barua says, "Sen has a genuine passion for building brands. Helping brands engage and connect with their core target group stimulates him the most. He is a natural leader and is proficient in mentoring and inspiring teams to deliver the highest quality of work. He is an 'ideas man' at the core, who absolutely loves the craft of advertising."

With over 20 years of experience in advertising, Sen has taken up different roles across global and local agencies. He has spent almost a decade leading and building agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, McCann, Quadrant Communications and Capital Advertising. His last assignment was with Famous Innovations, where he was the agency's national head.
