He moves in from Publicis, where he was part of a three-member team running the agency's South Asia operations.
Partha Sinha will join McCann India as vice-president and managing director. He will be based in Mumbai. In his last assignment, he was managing director and part of the three-member management team running Publicis South Asia.

Sinha is a marketing and communication industry veteran. An IIT and IIM (Ahmedabad) alumnus, he started his career with Citibank NA, and then moved to Ogilvy and Mather where he set up the strategic planning function.
Post a brief stint at a digital start-up, Sinha joined as marketing director for Zee Telefilms, and oversaw the strategy of 14 channels. He is also a columnist in leading business papers and a regular speaker in some of the top marketing forums. Recently, he has been inducted into the advisory board of WARC and Symbiosis University.
